Chill Ed Repair Haircare

I don't know about you guys but I am incredibly fussy when it comes to the products that I use in my hair! I could have a favourite brand of shampoo that makes my hair like pure silk for 6 weeks then, on the next application - bang! Grease bomb!
My hair is thick, very thick and very dry but prone to grease... I know right? And lets not even talk about the amount of split ends I have from over-styling... so I have to say, when I was sent a range of Chill Ed Hair Repair goodies thanks to Vivid PR, I was a tad sceptical!
I waited until my hair was in a criminal state - as in, it should have been illegal to be let out of the house kinda state, then I tried this new range and I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised!
Beautiful smell, no greasy residue and a natural shine after blowdrying.
My hair was easier to straighten, easier to control and very soft to the touch.
I have used these products until I literally had to cut the end of each tube to scrape out the residue and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has hair that needs a little pick me up!
Check out their website for details of their latest products and you can also purchase online  - www.chill.uk.com
You won't be disappointed!

Pink & Whites

I bought this dress many years ago in Identity Boutique in Buncrana, Co.Donegal and for some reason it ended up at the back of my wardrobe and was never ever worn. It was only when I was packing for my holiday this year that I found this little hidden gem and gave it the debut it deserved.
The detail in this dress is simply stunning with the intricate embroidery and minute beaded trimmings, it looks more like a piece of art than clothing.
I kept my accessories very minimalistic as I felt that the dress should be the main focus of the look, choosing a pair of nude & glitter flatforms, drop pearl earrings, a Juicy Couture studded cuff and my Guess watch.
I cannot wait to wear this little dress again as I think it would be beautiful with a pair of nude heels, ideal for an event or a night on the tiles!

Mount Teide View

The little bit of sunshine today has me dreaming of my holiday in Tenerife a few weeks back.  I'm imagining myself lying by our pool with a view of Mount Teide instead of sitting by my computer working...
I realised today that I have a few outfit posts that I haven't shared with you, which could possibly inspire any of you lucky people who still have your holidays to look forward to.
This look was quite a casual one, I scraped my hair back into a clip on ponytail (which is a lifesaver in the sun) and went for an oversized pair of cat eye sunglasses to add a little bit of glam to the look.
My top is from Topshop and I absolutely love the shape of it, the cascading back and shorter front makes for an unusual silhouette and a flattering one if, like myself, you wish to cover any problem areas (cough*bum*cough)
I wore a pair of quilted leather shorts, also from Tophop, underneath and added some black and gold accessories with my McQueen clutch bag, Moschino cuff bracelet and sandals from River Island.
I found Tenerife to be quite a laid back, casual place so I didn't get dressed up every night but this for me was a holiday in itself. I relaxed and chilled out every day which was amazing!
I am so jealous of any of you who have all of that to look forward to!
