This week I was delighted to receive a stunning dress courtesy of Sugarlips Apparel from their new collection. I couldn't have been happier with it! The beautiful combination of the super comfortable stretch underlay and the detailed lace and applique at the top made it both easy to wear and incredibly feminine and stylish.
Sugarlips Apparel are an online store, based in LA, with shipping to anywhere in the world. You only have to have a sneak peek at their website to fall in love and wish to avail of this service.
The colour of my particular dress is so understated yet totally changeable, in some lights it looks a stoney grey and in others, hints of purple shine from the material. As the dress is detailed with gold beading on the lace, I chose to team it with gold accessories, including a rather funky skeleton bracelet from Sakdidet Road, spiked earrings from Topshop and Dolce and Gabanna gold-trimmed aviator sunglasses.
The location couldn't have been more perfect, I decided to wear the dress to visit the ruins of an old castle, called Downhill Demesne, situated just outside CastleRock in Northern Ireland. An absolutely stunning tourist attraction and a thoroughly interesting piece of history.
I just love the colour of the dress against the stone surroundings of the buildings with the backdrop of the setting sun!
